• 27th January, Wednesday. Falkirk RED Book Award Ceremony in Falkirk Town Hall.
• 28th of January. Events in Scotland with the Scottish Book Trust.
• 1st of February. Launch of Kelloggs and O’Brien promotion in Hughes & Hughes in Dun Laoire.
• 11th of February. Start six-week writing course for Irish Writers' Centre.
• 13th of February. Stand and Deliver – Workshop for published and soon-to-be-published children’s authors on giving talks and running sessions. In The Ark in Temple Bar, with Mia Gallagher, Sarah Webb and Children’s Books Ireland.
• 27th of February. Workshop for the Limerick Writers' Centre. Contact: The Blue Box Creative Learning Centre, LEDP, Roxboro Road, Limerick.
• 5th and 7th of March. P-Con VII Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival.
• 20th of March, Saturday. 10-11.30am-4.30pm. Inkwell Writing Workshop, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Killiney, with Vanessa O’Loughlin and Sarah Webb.
• 23rd of March, Tuesday. Speaking on a Children's Fiction Panel at the Middlesex Literary Festival in London.
• 13th of April, Tuesday. Event with Philip Reeve and Conor Kostick in the Edmund Burke Theatre, the Arts Building, Trinity College, in association with CBI.
• 30th of April to the 2nd of May. Speaking on literature panels at Sci-Fi London Film Festival.
• 15th and 16th of May. CBI Conference.
